Any quotations, pro forma invoices, or pricing presented on this Site:

  • Do not constitute a binding offer.

  • May change without notice until confirmed in writing by our sales team.

All transactions—including OEM/ODM customization, project orders, and bulk purchasing—are governed by:

  • Confirmed commercial invoice

  • Technical specification sheet

  • Purchase agreement

  • Other written documentation mutually agreed upon

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders when necessary (e.g., incorrect pricing, supply issues, regulatory restrictions).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, icons, logos, product images, videos, datasheets, and design layouts—is the exclusive property of Lumin Solar Solutions or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content

5. OEM / ODM / Custom Engineering Services

If you engage in OEM, ODM, or engineering-related services through our company:

  • All design-related documents (PCB files, CAD models, firmware, IES files, molds, prototypes) remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Any customization timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities will be governed by specific contracts.

  • Pre-production samples must be reviewed and approved before mass production.

We shall not be liable for any issues arising from customer-provided designs, specifications, or misinformation.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise agreed in commercial contracts, shipping terms are based on international trade terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP).

After the goods are handed over to the carrier:

  • The risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

  • Delivery delays caused by logistics, customs, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.

Tracking information and shipping documents will be provided upon request.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Support

Most products come with a standard warranty, stated in the product datasheet or written agreement.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Unauthorized modification

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Environmental damage beyond rated specifications

  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty service terms vary depending on product type, region, and project requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from installation, integration, third-party equipment, or external conditions.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the products involved.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of potential damages.
